Who, you may ask is, docweasel? Heck if I know, but I think he deserves a hat tip for standing up and speaking out against teh stoopid. One of my favorite things is watching someone stand up for the faith and speak the truth, even when those you are standing against are calling themselves “Christians.” Double extra credit points for showing courage in the face of attacks from mindless orcs.

Thanks, Paul. I do support people’s free speech, even garbage speech. What I simply cannot abide however, is when people try to stamp Christ’s name on it as if He somehow approves.

As if to prove teh stoopid, the article you linked to starts out with this line: “If an apple tree brings forth a withered pear, it is not a good apple tree, but a corrupt one.” Uh, NO! If an “apple” tree brings forth a pear, of whatever condition, it’s a pear tree, not an apple tree! I mean, really! That is pretty straight forward. Nothing tricky or deceptive. So how does he miss it??

LOL! Good point, Becky. If what you see are a bunch of pears on a tree, it’s probably a pear tree. Or, I suppose you could claim To have found a defective and corrupt apple tree, but that’s a bit silly.

These websites and individuals on social media makes me so mad. it’s always so…sexually perverted with inneundo. Argh! These kinists manage to keep on re-making their websites spewing hate. I have interacted with some about 10 years plus ago on a famous one called Little Geneva. There were people commenting who said they weren’t racists..but upon finding out my ethnicity they thought it was funny that I was called “fried lice.”

It can be really awful, can’t it? Every now and then a rare gem sows up and says, “hey this is awful,” and I am like, “look, an actual human being. How wonderful is that?” 🙂
There are some real heroes on the internet and they don’t even know it, they don’t even realize how many people were watching them.

Late to the party, but, Wow, thanks guys. Not that I consider myself a hero, I just stumbled on that site and, naif that I am, I had no idea this kind of really disturbing rhetoric and image posting was going on. Free speech and all that, but don’t go around claiming “Christian” high ground while posting terribly inflammatory anti-black propaganda.
The entire reason I post, personally, is to draw attention to what I consider injustice and hope to change some minds to my point of view (social conservative, Catholic, believer in separation of church and state but also against the suppression of religion by the state). These guys aren’t out to change any minds to gain allies, they are out ot foment bitterness and resentment and hate between the races. I think they are just out to increase the hate between races, perhaps to the point of real violence, one they think they can win. Whatever this is, it’s not Christian.
