I wear His uniform. That uniform carries with it a certain amount of responsibility, a requirement to strive to represent Him and not myself. That’s not so easy and I’m sure there is great patience and forgiveness shown to those of us who have our less than noble moments. However, some things are just not okay. Like racism and hatred for example.
The always dog whistling, perpetually hate mongering Vox Day has a post up called “Your skin is Your Uniform.” It’s a bit of hysterical racial hyperbole from the Pampered Prince of Pomposity himself. I’d comment on his blog or perhaps send him a strongly worded email in private, but the man is prone to extreme paranoia and thinks I’m stalking him, so he just blocks me. That’s a ridiculous accusation, but conversely I am not going to be quiet or go away either because the things he is saying are just plain wrong. I don’t blame him nearly as much as I blame all those people claiming Christ’s name who support and encourage him. I call you out, every single one of you. Every one.
Vox Day and his ilk are hoping for a good race war, a concept you can see hinted at in his opening words, “Everywhere you go, from San Jose to Melbourne, the race war will find you. Vibrants don’t give a damn that you are a good anti-racist. They could not care less that you deplore racism with every bone in your body.” Praying for the Zombie Apocalypse so they can run about and whack people with shovels, perhaps? Dog whistling hype and hoping to create fear and hysteria? Yes.
I just want to say that I do wear a uniform, I wear Jesus Christ’s uniform and it is not related skin color or race or culture at all. It transcends the physical. If you are going to wear Jesus Christ’s uniform than you are mandated to represent Him and not your own skin.
Your skin is not your uniform, not when you are in Christ and this complete rubbish simply cannot be promoted in His name.
Words have power and we shall all be held accountable for them, every single one. “But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.“ -Matthew 12:26
Those who let their brother sin and say nothing will be held accountable, too. “When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.”- Ezekiel 3:18-18
Now of course the white nationalists and the Christian identotalists are as unlikely to hear me as Vox Day himself, but I have screamed it from the rooftops, and I’ll go right on screaming it, too. You will lose. You can’t fight hatred with hatred. The enemy wins that war every single time.
Love conquors all. Nobody likes to hear that, I get it, but if you don’t believe in it, don’t be trying to claim Jesus Christ as your I-dentity. You actually worship nothing more than your own skin.

I wonder how that guy got “skin” confused with “light”?

**Looks around nervously for another commenter.** Faintly stutters: You have a nice skin IB. Praise the Lord! (there that seemed like a safe thing to say – feeling much better now)

I saw the videos of the San Jose riots, and saw a bunch of angry white Liberals (some of whom were yelling “Bernie! Bernie!”). Imagine the surprise hearing all over talk radio and the Manosphere that they were really ‘Mexican Invaders!’
These Game jugheads went from swallowing Feminist gender-politics to swallowing Marxist identity-politics. Once upon a time Christian leaders in America said things like this:

I wonder what Vox would have to say about this?

LOL, well VD exists only in the realm of rhetoric, so no doubt facts wouldn’t bother him at all. Also, Winteryknight and Vox belong to the same red pill tribe, so the good old boys cultian network would simply align themselves.

Gee, thanks for that link IB. What a cheery way to wake up in the morning and realize there are still people shrouding that sort of talk in the name of Jesus. Or course, I already knew that, as I still live in the South, were old attitudes die hard. This whole issue really hits close to home, as my grand daughter is a mixed child, and that road has sometimes been bumpy. Thanks for pointing it out.

This was the exact post that made Vox my enemy, forever. I still read his blog daily, mostly because I’m an idiot, but also because I started reading him over a decade ago.
The irony is that even though he advocates* race war of all-against-all, I started reading him because of his epic smackdown of Michelle Malkin’s defense of America’s mass imprisonment of Japanese-Americans. I feel that [current year] Vox would not only defend the internment, but suggest sending them back to Japan in leaky, rudderless boats.
*He masks his advocacy by saying “I’m not advocating it, it’s inevitable” but people who want awful things tend to speak gushingly of those things.

VD is suprisingly valueless, rudderless, having no genuine belief system beyond his emotion of the moment. He does not follow his own rules, he simply bends the rules to confirm his own biases, which are subject to change at any moment. When he catches himself in an error he simply declares he has always believed that, felt that way, it is just that other people are too stupid to understand his elaborate rhetoric. He is an authoritarian fascist…..but a sudden liberatarian anarchist when it dawns on him that his own believe system could be used against him, too. Vox is all about awful things, he thrives on awful things, but of course they must be awful things happening to other people. He wishes to save Western civilization, but he hopes to destroy it too.
