Here in the 9th circuit of hell we have a young man brainwashed by the cultural system and convinced he is transgender as of about four months ago. The mayor and couple of city council members have now donated large sums of money for him to have bottom surgery. Talk about peer pressure! My heart just bleeds for this poor kid who is a legal adult, but just barely.
Also, he is a straight, white, heterosexual male. Why do I specify that? Because in my opinion what is being done to him is actually a hate crime. The venom being expressed towards straight, white, heterosexual males, and the claim that they must be eradicated, is woven throughout the entire debate. The mayor and some on the city council seem to believe that the way he was born is so vile, so ugly, it must be surgically and chemically corrected.
I spent a lot of time trying to teach my children, “you’re beautiful just as you are.” As a mother I am just outraged that politicians and teachers are contradicting that message when it comes to the alleged “transgendered.” Everyone is beautiful just as they are……EXCEPT for you. You are such a freak of nature we must cut everything off and chemically castrate you.
Breaks my heart and it’s a really maddening kind of evil.
He is employed by the swimming pool owned by city, managed by the YMCA, and they thought it would be wise to send him into the women’s dressing room, wearing a woman’s bathing suit and assuming a female identity, so he could help little girls change. An 80 year old woman was in the showers at the time and she objected. For her efforts she was banned from the pool for life. She promptly went to the city council to state her case.
She and some other women eventually held a permitted press conference in front of city hall and were mobbed by a bunch of mostly male transgender advocates, about 200 of them. The cops where basically told to stand down. They did, standing across the street, and they are on tape telling a couple people if you don’t feel safe, you can just leave. There were some bumps and bruises, broken fingers, sprained ankles, that sort of thing, but fortunately none of the women were seriously injured.
This story has now gone viral and is all over the media, as it should be because it really is an outrage. So a couple of people from out of the area, wish to come back and protest, so they organized, got a permit and are scheduled for today. This is where the “telephone game” comes into play, gossip, the way hyperbole and hysteria changes the whole nature of the game, and labels are used to force a false narrative. By the time the information gets to you, it has been so distorted it is now unrecognizable.
The very liberal 80 yr old woman, was even labeled and dismissed as a bigot, an oppressor, etc. These guys coming today have really been vilified, taking it all up a notch, so they are being called “Proud Boys, ” “KKK,” “Trumpians,” “domestic terrorists, ” etc etc on social media and in coffee shops. They are the designated enemy of the day and several complete morons are planning to go and counter protest.
Naturally the police response is totally different this time around. Parts of town are being shut off, parking is restricted, and they are gearing up for an “event.” Due to political biases, it does not look like any stand down orders will be forthcoming this time around.
The original women involved in this scuffle absolutely do not endorse or support today’s protest. They are very liberal, gay affirming, feminists, who want nothing to do with anyone not of their tribe. I however, bless these men who have chosen to exercise their free speech rights, who have chosen to exercise their right to gather, who have chosen to exercise their God given right to petition the gov with their grievances. I pray for their protection, I pray for their safety and well being.
So, we need your prayers for a peaceful assembly today, for sensible grown ups to rule the day, and for the Lord to make His presence known in this young man’s life.

I consider the classic western “High Noon” to be a horror movie. The horror is not the violence, or the cowardice of the townspeople. The horror to me is the refusal of the townspeople to even pretend to support Gary Cooper in the job he had to do. If I were Cooper I would have shot them and told the criminals to take whatever they liked out of the town with my blessing.
That’s how I feel about liberals who won’t stand up for what the know is right because they are actually in reality on the side of all that is wrong. That stupid old woman only cared about the girls being molested as the pose of a poseur, she had no genuine conviction of principle about it.
But, that’s just me.

Ha! If that’s the only typo you make, you’re doing great.
Not a bad analogy at all. It kind of fits! So just pray for Gary Cooper and his well being at the end of it all.
Thanks for helping me to clarify how I feel about the whole thing, too. A lot of women are alarmed about potential predators in the bathrooms and I’m like, we’re about to cut a young man’s genitals off. This is far more concerning and urgent! Surely that is a form of severe sexual abuse?? He is the primary victim at this point. He might be a legal adult, but he is an emotional and spiritual child in the hands of wolves.

Somehow these perverts have managed to make the real victims, who in this case are the girls being molested and the boys being mutilated, of no account, whilst making the molesters and mutilators the innocent victims.

I actually agree with you on this and it is how I feel about my own hometown. They would rather blame everyone but the criminals and waste their votes on the same politicians they complain about the rest of the year. The town is on a heavy decline due to the smart ones moving away from there which I also did 16 years ago. They can continue to live 30 years in the past and live in the lie that the liberals are right until that town passes from existence for all I care they deserve what they get.

Are there any sensible adults in the government of the 9th Circuit of Hell? I know in my home state of Illinois there are not. I feel for the young man too and pray God will guide him out of that before things are done that cannot be reversed. I watched a pediatrician say that puberty blockers can be reversed all they have to do is stop taking them and puberty will resume as if it was never halted. That is a lie because those drugs were at one time used to chemically castrate sex offenders.
My mind at times has a hard time dealing with the ignorance of some people, and makes me think it is purposeful ignorance that they know the truth, but would rather ignore it than embrace it.
I also raised my kids to know they are beautiful just as God made them, but that people can be cruel, but that does not make them right.
I don’t know about the 9th Circuit of Hell, but I know in my hometown in Illinois the people there complain about corruption yet they vote in the same people, or kind of people every single election and then go on complaining. Not kidding at all that town is still living 30 years in the past and when I left was about 45K population and since I left 16 years ago it has fallen to about 30K population. Businesses are leaving there in droves and the town is once again dying. This all because they refuse to get rid of the liberal problem it has always had. I find it very hard to feel bad for them.

My friend Annie has done a couple of posts called “ignorance is not bliss,” regarding faith, but it kind of reminds me of what you are saying, too. After a while people just descend into such willful and deliberate ignorance, it’s hard to keep your heart open and soft to them. No one is required to either, it’s even good to guard your own heart, I’m just saying the path forward requires some of us to stand up for what is right and to engage with the culture. The culture is not pretty. I’m not physically participating in these protests, but I am praying for those involved, especially those standing up for righteousness.

I agree praying for those standing for righteousness and yes even for those oppose it. It is just hard for me to feel bad for those that worship their liberal “gods” when those they worship treat them with the exact same contempt if they even slightly out of line.
I do guard my heart because it would all to easy to allow anger to take over and that is not good for me or those that get in my path.

Great point about “You’re beautiful just as you are.” What ever happened to that?! We used to complain about the schools spending so much time teaching self-esteem instead of reading, writing and arithmetic, but we had no idea how much worse it was going to get,

That is true and I tell people that God doesn’t make mistakes so all of His children are beautiful. I have known some really ugly so called beautiful people. I feel it is the light of Christ and the heart He gives us that makes us beautiful. Vanity and to a degree self esteem are horrible task masters. Now it is all about feelings and I tell people all the time facts don’t care about your feelings. I think the ’80s was the last era where kids had a backbone and didn’t care about what others had to say about them or it would earn them a bloody nose.
It goes back to home as it always does. People always told me you are mean to your kids and as I told them the world will be worse to them because the world does not love them. Now parents raise their kids to believe the world revolves around them and when they get out there in the world it eats them alive. Many of the kids coming up now are going to end up in jail, psych wards, deep in addiction, and homeless all because mommy and daddy thought it was mean to spank them or discipline them in any way shape or form. When in reality it is mean to set your kids up to fail in the world and above all they need God.

I saw this as a teacher. The parents who believed “my kid can do no wrong” were raising monsters. I’m wondering if some kids are pushing the “tolerance,” trying to find the breaking point, saying “I’d rather be a girl (or boy)” praying their parents would love them enough to tell them they’re too precious as they are to destroy trying to.make them something else.

After raising kids of my own I can tell you this children thrive on discipline they need it. I can tell you this from growing up a abused and neglected child they will go to great lengths to get their parents to show they love them. I did things as a teenager that I am not proud of to try to get my mother to prove I was more than a punching bag to her. My daddy died when I was 10 years old and my life went downhill from there. I got pregnant with my first child (a son) when i was 17 years old and had him by the time I turned 18 and I vowed my kids would not go through what I did and they didn’t. I also had two daughters, but lost my youngest to SIDS when she was 2 months 21 days old.
Children require many things to be whole and discipline is at the top of that list because if parents do not teach them there are consequences the world will and it will be swift and more painful than some will be able to handle as we have seen with younger and younger kids committing suicide. Maybe I was a little rough on my kids, but both have thanked me for it because they are not moved by the opinions of others about them. Honestly with this upcoming generation I hope Jesus calls us home soon I don’t want to see what they will do with this country.

Thank you I lived a lot of years with anger in my heart never at my children they were a precious gift to me. I then spent many years with guilt over the years of anger thankfully Jesus took those yokes from my neck. I hear you I have several family members as well that are not saved. Having said that though I am ready whenever He says it is time.

Going to the city counsel to air the grievance?
That’s like a hungry lion telling hyenas they should eat alfalfa. Prob. pointless.
Anyway, I agree, it is pure evil, and to force this abomination on simple people is well, let’s just say, that who approve have experienced already themselves castration of their minds.
Take that CNN. Go ahead and quote this.

LOL! Right? Notice I decline to attend any city council meetings. I used to and you’d have a cop on each side of you and one behind you, because allegedly your objections to whatever policies they were embracing made you ultra, mega, big time dangerous.
I once watched them tackle and taze a man over “healthcare for all” and thought hmm, this really doesn’t look anything like “healthcare?” Time to stop trying to change the hyena stripes.
I do however, believe Jesus can take a hyena and get him to eat alfalfa! 🙂

Thanks for the plug, Gabrielle. Yes, WILLFUL ignorance is especially infuriating. If certain people would just take their fingers out of their ears and stop yelling, “I can’t hear you lalalala!” I’ve always said that sticking one’s head in the sand leaves other parts of the anatomy extremely vulnerable, and yet it continues…

Don’t have a good and simple answer. When I was in Northern Virginia, I spoke to our County Board of Supervisors objecting to their endorsement of the LGBTQ agenda, and I campaigned for Conservatives. We did not make any progress until COVID-19 made it too obvious to parents for them to ignore the garbage that their children are being taught.
The average person wants to believe the promises of lying politicians. If Satan were to appear to most people as an Angel of Light and tell them that injecting themselves with addictive drugs would make them a God, they would happily believe. We want what seems easy.
Not many want to be a child of God. Not many want to be obedient to the Father. Our Father wants us to be perfect, and becoming perfect seems extremely difficult.

Add my prayers to the list as well! Just sad your latest post on this, glad to see things worked out at the rally, but it’s still so disturbing to see how much the transgender movement has polluted the culture and the shocking demonization of those willing to stand up and say, no more.

Thanks for the prayers, Tricia! Much appreciated. The protest went well, it was fruitful, I was impressed by the restraint and wisdom shown by the gentlemen who came. On guy was Jewish, his father was a holocaust survivor, and there he was being greeted by nazi signs. He gave a really calm and rational response.
I’d like for bunches of us to continue to pray for the young man who is really being exploited by those in power here, the school district, the mayor, the city council, the local pride people.
I have to speak plainly, but flat out, when half the adults in your town are chanting “cut off your genitals ” and donating money to a go fund me account for your surgery, you are a victim of extreme sexual and emotional abuse.
